Shadow Vault Recovery does not guarantee the recovery of any lost funds. Recovery outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control including the type of fraud, jurisdiction, cooperation of financial institutions, and the actions of law enforcement. We will always provide honest assessments of recovery prospects.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case, cooperate fully with our investigation process, not engage with any third parties claiming to represent Shadow Vault Recovery without verifying their identity, and notify us immediately if you are contacted by anyone impersonating our firm.
Our preliminary assessment is provided free of charge. Any fees for case services will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. We will never request payment in cryptocurrency, wire transfers to unfamiliar accounts, or any form of advance payment to unlock recovery funds.
All information shared with Shadow Vault Recovery is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent except as required by law or necessary for your investigation.
Shadow Vault Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
